Current use

Google AdSense connection code is active on public pages for site verification and potential ad delivery. No site-authored ad units are currently enabled. The third-party script may process request and device information, and any Google advertising cookies or similar storage depend on the visitor's region, consent choices, and the AdSense account configuration. Public pages also use Google Analytics 4, whose JavaScript tags use first-party `_ga` and `_ga_<container-id>` cookies to distinguish users and preserve session state. The private feedback ticket layout loads neither AdSense nor Google Analytics, and the feedback form does not require a login or cookie-based session.

Advertising cookies if enabled

If Google AdSense is enabled, Google and other third-party vendors may place or read cookies and use web beacons, IP addresses, and browser or device identifiers to deliver and measure personalized or non-personalized ads. Personalized ads can use prior visits or interests; non-personalized ads use contextual information but may still rely on storage for frequency capping, reporting, fraud prevention, and security.

Visitors can control Google ad personalization at https://adssettings.google.com/. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland will also receive choices through a Google-certified consent management platform before applicable advertising storage or processing begins.

Browser storage

My feedback can store private ticket links, subjects, creation dates, and a last-visited timestamp in this browser's localStorage. This is not a cookie and is not sent automatically with web requests. Removing a saved link or clearing browser data does not delete the underlying ticket, but a lost private link cannot be recovered.

External playback

If a visitor chooses to load an official third-party video, that provider may store or read data under its own policy. Use the private feedback desk to ask Terence XU about the site's current configuration.
